For ceiling decorations, please provide a stool or ladder to help our decorator reach the ceiling safely.

We can also decorate hotel rooms, provided you have prior permission from the hotel management.

In case of any issue or complaint, please inform us within 2 hours from the delivery or decoration time.

No rescheduling or cancellation is allowed once the decorator has started or attempted the decoration.
