Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

Is the butterscotch cake delivered fresh or frozen?

Accepted Answer

We follow a strict "baked-on-order" policy. Unlike retail outlets that store desserts for days, our chefs prepare the sponge and whip the cream only after the order is confirmed. This ensures the caramel crunch (praline) remains crispy and the texture stays moist and soft upon arrival.

Question 2

Can I order an eggless version of this cake?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. We understand dietary preferences are important. You can easily select the "Eggless" option on the product page. These cakes are 100% vegetarian and are baked without eggs while maintaining the same rich taste and fluffy consistency as the standard version.

Question 3

Do you offer midnight delivery for birthday surprises?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We specialize in making celebrations special. You can choose the "Midnight Delivery" slot during checkout, and our team will ensure the package arrives right around 12:00 AM. We also offer same-day express delivery for last-minute plans.

Question 4

How can I customize the cake with a photo or message?

Accepted Answer

Personalization is easy. You can add a custom message for the gift card during the checkout process. If you want a picture on the cake itself, please browse our specific "Photo Cake" category, where you can upload a high-quality image to be printed on the frosting using edible ink.

Question 5

What makes butterscotch cake so popular?

Accepted Answer

Butterscotch cake is loved for its rich, creamy taste and smooth caramel flavor. It’s sweet but not too heavy, making it perfect for all age groups.

Question 6
