Floriwish.com is operated and owned by Floriwish, a company offering flowers, cakes, gifts, and decoration services across India.
By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website means you accept those changes.
2. Products & Services
We offer fresh flowers, cakes, decoration setups, and gifting items.
Images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly due to natural variations and availability of materials.
In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute products of similar or higher value without prior notice.
Some decorations or gifts require advance booking (3–4 days before the event).
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed through www.floriwish.com or our verified contact channels.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We accept all major online payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and wallets.
Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery Policy
Same-day delivery is available for selected cities and products (flowers, cakes, and balloons).
Timely delivery depends on recipient availability, address accuracy, and traffic conditions.
Delivery delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (like bad weather or traffic) are not eligible for refunds.
In case the recipient is unavailable, the delivery may be left with a neighbor or security (if permitted).
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for refunds as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Once an order is prepared, customized, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
Certain dates (Valentine’s, New Year, Christmas, etc.) have strict no-cancellation policies due to high demand.
6. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 4 hours of delivery with photo proof to support@floriwish.com.
Our team will verify and may offer a replacement or partial refund based on the situation.
7. User Responsibilities
By using Floriwish.com, you agree that:
You will provide accurate personal and delivery details.
You will not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
We are not responsible for loss or misuse of your account credentials.
