1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once your order is prepared, customized, or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

We take every measure to ensure the best quality and timely delivery. Refunds may be considered only in genuine cases such as:

Refunds are applicable if:

The product was not delivered due to our fault.

The item was damaged or defective upon delivery (photo proof required within 2 hours).

A wrong product was delivered.

Refunds are not applicable if:

The recipient was unavailable or refused to accept the order.

Delivery address or contact details were incorrect.

Delay occurred due to weather, traffic, or unavoidable situations.

The product is personalized, customized, or perishable (like cakes or flowers) once prepared.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment mode.

3. Replacement Policy

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund (depending on availability).

Please report any issue within 2 hours of delivery along with photos via WhatsApp or Email.

4. Same-Day & Midnight Deliveries

Since many of our products are time-sensitive and perishable, refunds cannot be made for delays caused by:

Address issues

Circumstances beyond our control

However, our team will always try to assist or offer a partial resolution wherever possible.

5. Changes to Orders

Once an order is confirmed, changing the delivery time, address, or product may not always be possible.
