Our decoration expert will arrive during your selected time slot to complete the setup.

Please arrange a stool or ladder in advance for ceiling decorations.

Decorations can be done in hotel rooms only with prior permission from the hotel management.

All decoration materials are on rent and will be collected the next day.

Any issues or complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Once the decoration work has started, cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed.
