Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

How is Cake Freshness Guaranteed During Online Delivery?

Accepted Answer

Reputable bakeries bake cakes fresh on the delivery day to ensure optimal taste and quality. Many use premium ingredients like couverture chocolate (which contains real cocoa butter) instead of compound chocolate to guarantee a rich flavor. The cakes are carefully packaged and delivered with the sole purpose of reaching you in perfect, fresh condition

Question 2

What are My Delivery Options? Is Same-Day or Midnight Delivery Available?

Accepted Answer

Same-day delivery is commonly offered if you order before a specific cutoff time, often in the early afternoon. Midnight delivery is a popular service for surprise celebrations and is available in many metro areas, though it may require ordering in advance. Always confirm the latest order timings and delivery feasibility for your specific pincode on the website before ordering.

Question 3

Can I Completely Customize the Cake with a Photo or Theme?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many services offer customization. You can easily add a personalized message on most cakes during checkout. For custom designs involving photos, specific themes, or unique flavors, you typically need to contact the bakery directly, provide inspiration images, and place your order at least 2-3 days in advance

Question 4

Are Eggless and Vegan Chocolate Cakes Available?

Accepted Answer

Eggless chocolate cakes are widely available from most online bakeries in India to cater to dietary preferences. Vegan options (dairy-free and egg-free) are also offered by some specialty bakeries, but they are less common and often require advance ordering. It's best to check the product description or filter for "eggless" or "vegan" on the Floriwish website.

Question 5

What Payment Methods Can I Use to Order Online?

Accepted Answer

Online cake shops accept all major payment modes for customer convenience. You can typically pay using:
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
UPI (PhonePe, GPay, etc.)
Digital Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Question 6

Can I Order a Cake from Outside India for Delivery Within India?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is a very common service. Many Indian cake delivery platforms specialize in accepting international orders. You can pay from overseas using an international card or PayPal to send a fresh cake to loved ones in cities across India.
