Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

What is included in a balloon bouquet?

Question 3

Can I customize my balloon bouquet?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can customize colors, add personalized messages, choose specific balloon types (number balloons, character balloons), and include add-ons like flowers, chocolates, or greeting cards to make it extra special.

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide same-day delivery in select cities when orders are placed before 12 PM. Same-day delivery may have additional charges and is subject to availability in your area.
